Abstract

At the decision of row of the tasks related to the portage of mountain mass on enterprises on strip-mining of minerals, apply hauling calculations. Implementation of hauling calculations requires the expenses of time and implementation of considerable volume of calculations. Foremost it is related to plenty of routes the amount of that in the developed quarry can arrive at a few ten and by the far of curves, including small radius. In addition, the specific of work of iron-ore quarry supposes the frequent enough changes of plan and profile of routes of routes, in this connection there is a necessity of regular adjustment of hauling calculations for concrete routes. For the acceleration of implementation of hauling calculations often use the concept of equivalent on mechanical work slope. The labour intensiveness of determination of equivalent slope for a concrete route is conditioned by the necessity of implementation of calculations requiring the preliminary analysis of longitudinal profile of way.

The simplified procedure of determination of equivalent slope is offered in the article, dependence of this size is for what analysed on the overfall of heights of starting and eventual point of routes, extent of the last and influence of resistance to motion from curves.
